Food has always been at the heart of my story. Born and raised in Senegal with proud Cape Verdean roots, I grew up surrounded by family, culture, tradition, and the unforgettable aromas of home-cooked meals. Through food, I learned the importance of hospitality, connection, and nourishing both the body and soul.
From traditional Senegalese and Cape Verdean favorites to healthier modern interpretations, every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and a passion for wellness.

Frenchie Gomes is a dedicated creative and entrepreneur, characterized by her profound passion for food, fashion, beauty, and culture. Her unwavering commitment to these domains serves as the driving force behind her latest venture, Glam by Frenchie.
Frenchie, hailing from the Motherland, exemplifies the transformative power of a strong work ethic, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Her journey from modest origins to a thriving career serves as compelling evidence that these virtues can propel one to great heights in life.
Over the past three decades, she has cultivated her skills as a hairstylist/cosmetologist, chef, and fashion stylist. Frenchie is the proud owner of Frenchie’s Hair Design Studio, situated in Orlando, Florida, and her expertise has garnered attention in print, digital, and broadcast media.
Frenchie recently penned a cookbook titled "Heritage: Homage to My Senegalese and Cape-Verdean Roots," celebrating her cultural heritage.
Despite her numerous accolades, Frenchie considers her most significant accomplishment to be her role as a mother to her son, Christopher.
